Ate my preworkout meal at 2. Need to lift at 3. But now it's 230 and I'm hungry again. Dammit! Oh the woes of a fat man.
 
fuck 2:30 ....it is 11 30 here....eastern is time is way different


eat some tuna, protein and not alot of calories and wont fill you up and then u can eat a meal for a king at dinner time


hey bro, jusrt curious what is your cycle history? how many and what doses?

It's not just fat men. Really. I get hungry all the time like that and I'm definatly not a fat man. I'm a thin girl.

My appitite changes from day to day which makes it hard to reach my gaol of getting to 200lbs.

On the other hand, my bike was stolen, so i don't have ride (cardio) to work anymore.
 
Yep, I am the same way, though I am not nearly as fat as slobber or devastation.... The more I eat, the hungrier I get... sucks...

This is coupled by the fact there is no buffets in my town... waht a tragedy...
