Liquidex is a suspension. Made with Anastrozole and Glycerol. It is stable for a suspension to about 4.3mg per mill any more then this and crystals will form and fall out of suspension. The company that makes Liquidex tries to overdose their product by about 10% this mean some of them are going to fall out over time. If you recall this happened with a highly concentrated test product some time back. You have two options. One shake it up and use as normal. Two heat a pan of water too a boil turn off the burner and place the vial of Liquidex in the water. after about 7-10 min pull the vial out and it will be back in suspension ( this is what I would do). One way to combat this problem is to make sure if you inject any air into the vial that you do so out of the liquid. Air bubbling thru a suspension can help it fall out. I hope this helps.
Remember 1/4 cc a day keeps Gyno Away.
