Shipping Gear from Greece to Australia

Hi . I will be in Greece next week and was wondering how I would go about shipping some gear back to where I live in Sydney Australia without it getting seized. What are the chances of it getting siezed by customs ?? And how do I reduce it.

i am by no means an expert on this, but a few overseas sources say that australia is one hard f---ing place to get gear into.
