i got terrible shin splints, am in the middle of an academy for the fire dept where all we do is run....i got new sneakers to help, and ive been icing them, but nothing seems to help....anyone have any suggestions? thanks
Walk around on your tip toes for 5 to 10 minutes or as long as you can prior to running. I have them and before I run, I do this and it helps a lot. !!!
