I have been cutting for the past 7 mos or so, Down to 230@15% from 270@27%....My body fat is not where I want to be (single digits) however I am starting to feel small so I have decided to put a little weight back on..however working so hard to loose the fat I do not want to put it right back on.....so HELP. This is my plan tell what is wrong as I am sure it is alot! Havent relly counted calories or anything just added a few carbs to what Ive been doing for 7 mos. advice please...

7:30
4 eggs (3 whites)
2x turkey bacon
1/3 C oatmeal

10:30
myoplex shake (homemade, 1scoop isopure 1scoop carbo hit)

1:00
6oz Lean Beef, salmon or Chicken
1 C Brown rice
lettuce sald


5:00-6:00
6oz lean Beef, Salmon or Chicken
1 med backed potato (plain)

9:00-10:00
can tuna 2 hardboiled eggs

and basically anytime I am hungary I will eat low carb snaks ei tuna, eggs

workout time varies either 11:00-12:30 or 3-4:30 folled by shake(50gs Protien)
