i just took my first dose of liqui-clen from the ag-guys, my hearts beating so hard and fast i can actually hear it, how long does that last?

Thats a side affect sometimes it shouldnt last too long, now if this continues after every use or gets considerably worse over time, I'd suggest cutting it out of your cycle..

i took a little bit more than a 1/4 droplet full, and i dont know if its a side effect but my ears are ringing as well

i did read about it., 1 full droplet is 200mcg. so i took about a 1/4 which would be 50mcg. i didnt think that would be too much because when i took the 40 mcg pills. i was up to 160mcg a day and i was fine.

its been about 2 hours, my heart isnt racing at all anymore, im still a little shaky, and my ears are still ringing.

That's 50mcg, you should use a syringe to measure it out properly. Also, work your way up from 20mcg, don't just jump into 50mcg.

next time research before you use, sounds like you start your 1st clen run with 50mcg! that's not smart. You have to start slow and work your way up.
