Shake Storage, casein, carb...

Here's my problem. I get up earlier than my roomate. I get up around 9-11 am and he gets up around 3 pm, so I can't use my blender in the morning for my shakes. Can I blend them the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day? Or does this alter the protein in some way similiar to heating? (If heat damages it in the first place.)

I was also wondering what natural foods contain casein in them. If I mix whey with an 8 oz. glass of milk for a shake will that be enough casein for 3 hours till my next meal or should I need more? cottage cheese has casein what else?

Also, what are some good carbs that I can mix with shakes besides fruit and oats? What's the minimum amount of carbs one should take in an "inbetween meals shake" assuming I am getting most of my required amount of carbs from my meals. Is there a needed amount one needs so they won't burn protein for energy? This is for a bulking diet I am planning, I weigh 160 lbs.

A lot of questions, thanx fellas

the over night thing will damage the protein so i would not recommend it. why can't you cook real food like eggs and that sort of thing? are you in a rush in the morning? if not, i would recommend real food in the morning and mrp's as snack's in between meals.

i do eat natural foods with Mrps in between them its just i can cook the food the night before (its not loud to cook chicken breasts during the day morning either) and i wanted to blend my shakes the night before but i guess i cant now, i supose i will take my blender in my room and do it there it just can get messy and that's a fuckin hassle, any answers to my other questions anybody

thanx

explain to me exactly how mixing a powdered substance in water breaks it down, is it not already broken down into powder form
