Shake During Workout suggestions

I got this chart off of proteinfactory.com, would these be good even during a cutting cycle? Like with the honey, how much honey would I eat post cycle?

Glycemic Index (For quick energy & intensity)
Glucose (maltodextrin)/100
Potato/98
Honey/87
White Rice/72
Whole Wheat Bread/72
 
If you're going to go that route, try cross-referencing against the insulin index; I'm not sure what serving sizes would be -- I'd still stick to maltodextrin or dextrose.
