hmmmmm...depends.

I dont squat anymore:

leg extensions - to warm quads
leg curls - same

Walking lunges - 135 pounds - 4 sets of 10-12 per leg
Stiff deads - 70-80 dbs - 4 sets of 10-12
hacks 6 plates deep - 3 sets of 10-12
leg press - 6 plates - 2-3 sets of 20-25 reps


...thats pretty typical...no immense weights....


I got the size from squats long ago......

...lower the dbs to the outside of the legs.....it allows your body to stay more midpull as oppesed to having the bat out in front

I cant wear off the rack pants if I squat.

in that pic they are 26....at the midpoint........when I squat regularly....they balloon
 
Yeah man WTF

I mean I got some nice wheels (just about the only muscle you can see on my body) but why you gotta show that shit off so good

I don't shave anymore so my wheels will never look good.
