Just got done w/ my trainer. Done quite a bit of research into diet. Built a fairly decent one-so i thought. Looking to cut, but not competiton cut. I'm fat. I need to lose weight. This tool just told me to cut out oatmeal, tuna, and raw veggies. What's up? What am I missing here?

Sassy69 said:I did this when I did my first BB comp. Trust me, ALL my food was clean. All sources of sodium, etc. were removed from the diet. At one point I was even boiling chicken. I don't understand where this guy is coming from. In a stretch I might say he's giving you a diet that is appropriate for maybe the last 2 weeks before a bb comp, but otherwise that is not a healthy diet to use for any period of time.
