Like I always say with the DL....if you're form doesn't break, you need to put some damn weight on the bar.

Nice job, man...and yes, Shades, when you hit big lifts, there are always people who can't hit those numers in their wildest wet dreams ready to pick your stuff apart, take it as a compliment because people aren't jealous of things that aren't special.....you had a hell of a Summer and have lots more room to get even better.
 
His back rounded! He should lower the weight to 90lbs and slowly 'squeeze' it off the floor for maximum results
 
Yeah man, I appreciate it. Going to try and pull 430x5 this week and push 290x5 on bench while doing 300x5 on squat. It is going to be a big week!
