Severe pain stomach teste

My right teste hurts slightly my teste have hurt before on cycle and worse than this does right now so that doesn't worry me. However,

Like maybe where ones spleen (not sure if this is the one I can't think clearly the one that explodes) would be. I'm experiencing severe pain.

I front loaded alot of Cyp (maybe 4grams over 3 days) and wondering if this is the possible cause what could it be?

My last dose was tuesday and I did notice this pain in this location only it was slight and i attributed it to my current stomach bug. Even then the pain wouldn't last it would only be with me maybe 3 hours a day.

Today I woke up fine around 8 no pain at all had been eating watching TV and all of a sudden it set in around 11 and fast and hurts like a mofo. Its now almost 1

Any possible thing that the test could be causing a flare up of that would cause this pain (I thought prostate but i looked up the symtoms and I've no pain urinating and the pain seems in the wrong spot)

1:08 pain virtually gone now when I'm still but kills when I move. At least I ignore it now when I use the comp)

I took at around 12:30 a motrin and a lil (umm pink stomach stuff)

thinking ulcer? lol and the motrin said menstroul crams relieve and yea I was liek well my teste's hurt and this might be related idk haha either way I'm pain free. Still coming off though (see other thread)

increasing water intake too
