Severe Hamstring Cramps On T3/clen

NYMUSCLE

New member
anybody experience bad hammy cramps on t3/clen??

using spiropent 5tabs morning with 100mcg-t3 then 5 more tabs of spiropent mid afternoon

thanks alot BigAndy this cramps really suck-

give me your thoughts on this- last week 1 amp tren together with 1 amp winny in quad- fine for 2 days since then cannot walk without motrin-swollen but not discolored-but really hurts WTF???

Did you convert your own tren and if so what kit did ya use? Sounds like high alchohol concentration in the tren to me. My last batch I made at 150mg/ml and my partner was using it before I did. He was only shooting eod, but he could barely walk after the first two pokes, so I had to add some oil and cut it down to 75mg/ml and all the pain is gone.

im taking t3 and super clen right now.....havent had any cramps or anything, but thats prolly cause of my diet. i love bananas and either eat em, or toss em in my myoplex low carb shake and blend em up together. also, the water intake helps alot. i ran into the same problems you arfe having when i first tried clen and t3. i simply didnt drink enough water, or eat the right things. hope this helps.

it was trenbolone(generic parabolan) mixed with the winny!! I should have been more specific-sorry about that
If the future injections are painfull as well, its likely due to high alchohol content and if thats the case you will need to mix it with another oil based AAS(or plain sterile oil) to reduce the pain.

Twice now ive injured myself whilst taking clen (actually sal), this time I strained a pectoral tendon , last time I tore a hamstring( i should have known then) . What both have in common is that they occured on days when i was already having twitches and minor cramps (even though i was definatelty not dehydrated, and had been pumping gatorade into my system ) and both injuries happend with sub-maximal weights (365 floor press , and a 495 dead in the middle of a set ) .
There has to some kind of eletrolyte imbalance caused by those beta-agonists thats not easily correctable with the infusion of additional electrolytes.

I get incredible cramping when I'm just taking clen by itself. I'm taking clen and ketotifen now and I started making sure I had a little extra potassium (salt substitute on my veggies or a banana) and I've been cramp free ever since. I'm not sure the ketotifen has anything to do with it but it does upregulate the receptors so maybe there's something to it.

T3, on the other hand, never gives me a problem.

Zippy

Watch those hammy craps. i had the same problem and never upped the water and potassium and a week later pulled the thing so bad I couldn't work them for a few weeks. Increase the water immediatly and ease into the workouts as a precaution.

Wow... I was affraid of getting injured while on clen. I guess my fears were justified.

Potassium defiencies bro, go to the store and buy a bottle of potassium gluconate tablets, eat banana's and apricots as they are rich in potassium. The best advice on how to stop leg cramps I have ever had. It works trust me. Take 3 tablets over the day minimum, with meals, other wise it can kind of tear your stomach up. Best of luck. A balanced diet is the trick here. Fruit is a great source of potassium.

Cramps are a definite problem with clen for me for sure.
I've never gone so far as to supplement with potassium tabs, but have tried to eat a banana here and there, drink much more water (which I'm not convinced really helps) and add a little extra salt here and there. There's an upside and downside to everything we put in our bodies and clen is no exception.
