Ugh, I have another problem that is interfering with my training now. I woke up tuesday morning with some pretty bad back pain, almost like pinched nerves or something. The pain is in the middle of my back, right on my spine. It makes it a little difficult to breathe at times, and hurts tremendously when I try to turn my upper body. So i squatted tuesday, and it hurt like hell to bring my shoulder blades together, but i managed. I woke up yesterday and it wasn't QUITE as bad, but when i woke up today, it was like twice as bad. This ever happen to anyone? I dont know what triggered or, or even what it is but damnit it hurts this back day is in like 2 days
