I guess I should start out by saying that I seem to be very suseptable to lower back cramps when on cycle. I've had problems in the past, but nothing that was untolerable, but I think I hit a new high this past thur. The lower back cramps were so bad, I was concerned it was my kidneys having a problem. The only thing that makes me think that it wasn't now, after lots and lots of reading, and knowing that I was not having any urinating problems, no pain when urinating, no vomiting, no high temperatures or any other signs of kidney issues.
The cramps were so bad (maybe even back spasms), I was thinking that it may be some toxins building up that my body wasn't able to get rid off. I kind of freaked a little (always on the side of caution) and stopped taking the var on Sat. (was on for 4 wks of var 50 mgs a day, 250 mg test) and started PCT today.. I'm on all the needed supps like milk thistle, fish oils, flax seed, hawthorn berry, saw palmetto, sesamax, taurine, etc., plus drinking close to two gallons of water a day. Even today, my lower back is feeling better, but I do have a low, constant pain in my lower back, on both sides. Was I stupid or too anxious to jump the gun to come off, or was this "cautionary" method just a good move??
I've never had back "spasms", but now think this may have been what it was. Would back spasms leave my back sore like this, for several days? I feel great, other than my lower back.
