First of all, I'm 6' tall, 42 years (young), 230# at about 18% bf. My goal is 250# at 10-12% bf.
Body fat is a big problem. My diet is, according to most, quite good (I need to eat more veggies). I hate doing cardio and thus don't do much - racquetball once a week and full court basketball once a week, but that's not cutting it. Recommendations?
I'm doing 2 body parts a day (on a rotation) 5 days a week - roughly 1 hour 10 minutes - at 5 am. Is one body part per day more effective?
My growth seems stagnant. I've tried too many pro hormones/pro steroids. I get some small gains on liquids (I can't swallow pills - chew them up), but nothing to write home about. Any liquids any one can recommend?
This is a life-long dream that I'm trying to fulfill. I could use some help.
