seventh week update test/deca/dbol

I am up to 208 lbs. Started at 193. Seem to not be gaining weight but am pretty happy with results. In other words I'm not getting heavier lately but seem to look bigger in the mirror. Perhaps since I cleaned my diet up at week 3 or 4 because I gained a quick 10 pounds. Now I'm going to loosen it up a bit and try to pack on some more mass. Perhaps more protein is needed. I get about 300 grams now minimum, will bump to 350, just need to have that middlenight shake...LOL. After this cycle I'm looking to increase my strength with a powerlifting cycle of 10 weeks. I'll post pics when I'm done

Hope to pack on some serious size.....


How much of a strength increase did you notice??

Strength going up quick since week 4, however I'm being careful as to not push it since I fucked my tendon up last time. I'm adding 10 pounds a week to squats and bench and 5 pounds a week to bi's and tri's, so far so good although may slow down at some point cause I doubt if i can add another 60 pounds to bench for reps but on squats I probably could. Just playing it safe instead of trying to get it all today I have a long term plan to get to a 500 pound squat 350 bench and 500 deadlift ... mind you for reps not singles. :D

25 mg dbol first 4 1/2 weeks

This will be my first time with DECA in a cycle.

My friends said the I grew on Test Dbol that I will really SWELL up adding Deca this cycle.

tight work fellas....im about to do the SAME shit myself. check this out....im doing 2 10cc bottles of enanthate,a bottle of deca 300 ttoyko(guy had some in reserve,but not 4 cheap) and 250 pink thai d-bols. im no novie,but i would like some opinions on how to cycle this...like hearing others view points. curently im 5'8 215lbs. 18.5 inch arms. quads 28. also ive had problems with my elbows,and shoulder,so im really looking forward to seeing if this deca is as good for the joints as everyone says it is? can i shoot it in my tricep? and what do you think about the quads with deca? shoulders and ass is all ive ever done.~holla back:mix:

I know SUST makes my ass sore,a day or two after injection.
Never thought that DECA would hurt a bit.........NEGATIVE!
I dont know if it was the TTOKKYO or it my have been shakey hands...lol,only had one shot of it so far.It was a doozy though.

So as far as shooting your Quads with it,sure you can.I would pop one in the glute first though.Just to check the sorness level.
I can stand a pain in my ass alot better than one in my thigh.

I'm a light weight sitting on 141lbs and am looking for some gains I have been eating and working out like crazy but am about to jump on my dbol+test+deca cycle going for a 5 week cycle then taking a break and starting another cycle in a months time :D I am doing all of these in the pill form
 
I dont know how you can take Deca and not be a carb freak. I eat like a horse on deca and take in a lot of carbs. Thank God my gf is like a gourmet cook!
