How is this taken? With meals, after meals.. in the morning??? 2caps each dose? 240 pounds.

Does this need to be cycled or can it be taken every day, all the time?
Can a non athlete take this, as in a woman who does'nt workout, but does cardio sporadically?

no, though dosage should be varied with food intake and goals- dosage should also be adjusted on individual response. yes.

I am familiar with many of the problems people have with Avant Labs products, that's not one of them though. If Macro has some time he may be able to look into what's wrong with their Sesathin product.
