sesame oil or flax oil?

i found sesame oil for 32 ounces for $11. sesame oil also has lignans such as flax oil, sesamin in particular. i don't get why everyone uses flax oil. Can somebody please explain to me why flax oil is regarded is being the best???????

i can't drink flax oil anymore, its disgusting and it gives me a stomachache.

whats the difference??????
