How do you guys deal with not being on?
For me it has been about 3-4 months, surgery in between as well. Went from 240 to 212. Bencing 400 to 265 for a few reps. I almost feel depressed after working out now, especially because I can't hardly get a pump worth a damn.

I know for the long term it is probably better for me to be off for a while to clense my system, as now I have been waiting for a month to start as soon as it arrives:mad: .

But for the short term, how do some of you guys deal with it?

I had motivational problems and strength loss while I took a couple weeks off with the worse flu bug that I have ever had. But even though I felt as if I had to start all over on some of the lift's...others were still good. The only thing that I did not like was the soreness. I felt as if I was more sore than I had ever been in my life. Oh wel, My motivation came back after looking at a few issues of Ironman Mag...I still look at each issue and find a body that looks the way I want to look. Then I hang up a new picture in my weightroom...That seems to be a real motivator for me...someone who has been called fatty once too often as a kid!
