sounds like u answered your own question... you are taking in 2200 less calories but weigh more
as for sets... dude that is A TON of chest work, i would def cut that in half or more...
of course it really depends on you, everyone is different, but that seems like a lot of sets to me, also, its good to switch stuff up ya know..
maybe try something similar to the 5x5 program.. that would be a radical departure from what you are doing for sure
