I'll just start with the current situation. I'm injecting 125mg a week Test E for over a year now. About 1 month ago I got my labs back and my numbers were as follows:

Total Test: 722 (250-1100) ng/dL
Free Test: 186.9 (35-155) pg/mL
Total Estrogen: 61 (130 or less) Down from 134 at last labs. (.25mg Adex M-W-F)

All other values i.e. hematocrit, hemoglobin, etc. Normal.

I know know I should have Estradiol tested, so on the next labs I'm gonna check the box. Any ideas what my E2 would be with a total Estro of 61? This was with an Adex dose of .25mg M-W-F.

Okay on to the symptoms:

I take .5mg Adex right after my injection. Within an hour I can feel the anxiety coming on, I start to get warm, and my skin gets red. Now from what I've read here on the forum and from my own research, this appears to be estrogen related (correct me if I'm wrong). I've been struggling to find the right dosage of Adex to take. I'm afraid to take too much and get too low. It seems that when I inject on Thursday evening, take .5 Adex, it doesn't do much. Friday morning and most of the day, I'm red, warm, I sweat sometimes and have anxiety. So I pop .25mg more Adex, and it helps a little. Then I usually take .25mg twice more during the week for a total of 1.25mg a week. I feel like I have not yet zeroed in on the correct amount for me. I don't know if I need more, and if I do how to correctly space it out throught the week. I still feel like crap most of the time. I haven't gotten that "Well being" feeling yet, just "I feel like shit" feeling. I really need help with this one guys so that I can benefit from my TRT. If you need any more information I will try my best to answer your questions. Please help me on my quest!!!!! THANKS!

Adex works on the enzyme that converts T to E. That being said taking a big dose after a test injection likely isnt the best approach. Test-e does not immediately hit your system, its a slower release form of test so when you take a big dose of adex after a test injection I dont think its going to accomplish what you expect.

I cant say I have ever heard of anyone experiencing all the side you have but as with most meds and hormones the ideal is to have levels steady and even. That being said divide your test dose into 2 weekly injections and then start taking an adex dose every day.

Thanks for the reply Zyg. If I take .25mg daily that equals 1.75mg a week, do you think that's too much? I don't want my e to get too low either. I just wanna get to that sweet spot!

agree with zyg , split ur weekly injection to 2 doses, lowers peaks and valleys, better stable blood levels. and yes try to raise ur adex a bit but gona need labs soon to confirm it.

Id guess that wont be too much adex, but the only way to know for sure would be to run it a few weeks and get labs.

Are there specific signs that I should look for to let me know that my e is getting too low? Also what dosage do you recommend and when? I was thinking .25 EOD. What do you think? Thanks
