Serious Wrist Pain

Its been a few weeks now my left hand wrist and the side of my forarm almost leading up to my elbow.

When ever I lift it really starts to hurt somethin crazy.

Anyone have any experience with this?

Sounds like basically the same thing as shin splints, but with your wrist. Strengthen the muscles around it. Lower your weight, focus on form too (on curling movements).
 
If you are curling, stop curling for 2 weeks or so. I used to have that bad, I think due to heavy curls (especially preacher curls). I got to where it hurt to let go of any bar, even on pressing movements.
 
yep. hurts for me too on really heavy preacher curls.

drop weight, concentrate on form. once it form starts getting fucked especailly on the heavy sets, the wrists hurt like mad.
