Serious thread. Day 7 on DNP...

..day 7.

Have been doing 300 mg (crystal) every 18 hours. Sweating my ass off.

Lost 6 pounds on the scale, but look very bloated.

Doing the 50c/30p/20f diet after doing a slight carb-load b-4 I began.

Training is going ok. Not a big loss in strength, maybe 5% on top end sets.

NO cardio.

Added 50 mcg T-3 this morning. GOnna run for another week.

Heat seesm to undulate. Big wave a few hours after taking the dose and another big peak a few more hours after that.

ceiling fan and 60 Degree house and icesicles on my wife's ass....

I am on Prop/Fina/Winny, so I think there won't be a problem with losing muscle as I am doing 0 cardio.
 
Keep us posted, my guess is you will drop a few more lbs post cycle as the water dissapates as well. Im gonna run a couple weeks of DNP when im done with my current cycle to lean up a bit more.

You're doing dnp and steroids together? Most would see that as a waste of the rizzoids.

That's surprising. General consensus has been to not run gear along with DNP. A lot of guys thought it would be counterproductive. DNP prevents energy from getting to your muscles (by burning it off as heat) so the gear isn't going to have much to build muscle with.

I plan to hit another week after my cycle. I lost over 10 lbs on a three week cycle at a similar dose.

I personally disagree with that. It seems like bad logic to me. Roids create an anabolic environment. DNP seems to be catabolic, why not counter-act it with the gear?? Roids have be shown to build muscle in below maintenance calorie environments...


Get hard. Days 1-3.5 were a breeze. Then the heat came...LOL!!

i used powder on my recent dnp run, i was running hot, slept with windows open and it was like 30degrees outside, but the biggest problem that i found was shortness of breath, i just could not breath.

OK, back to the TOPIC. After all this IS an AS board.

Man, if you are having this much of a scene on DNP, are you sure about going the extra week? Hats off to ya. Despite the half-life issues, and any real technical analysis, there does seem to be like a "cumulative" effect that kicks in more and more.

I did a long cycle of DNP at 200 mgs per day, each week it got worse and worse.

Probably good to do the T3 then if you are up to it.

BTW, I agree with doing the AS while on DNP. Sure, you might not really grow mucle while on DNP, but I would agree that the AS has to lessen any muscle wasting you might otherwise have. Plus it will be REAL interesting to see what happens when the DNP DOES end, and you fill the muscles back up. THAT should work very well if you are taking other AS at the same time.

Seems like you're ok...

The DNP symptoms you're talking about are normal... your body peaks out in "heat" at or around 3-8 hours after injestion of the pill. You'll also be a little bloated WHILE you're taking DNP... that'll go away once you stop.

Also, I've read that taking T3 helps synthisize the AS you take... and as long as you are on AS, you'll be ok... I wouldn't recommend staying on the T3 for more than 3-4 weeks though... and don't get back on it for 2 months.

You may not notice any increase in your temp during this next week. I had to add clen to my last dnp cycle just to make myself sweat. I am one of those guys that if im not sweating on dnp I don't feel like its working as well as it could. Just stick with it your already halfway done. Gotta love dropping pounds in only a weeks time.

Back to DNP, I personaly only do 1 week stints of crystal DNP, I have found these to be more produtive, eca or clen will work well with DNP, Everyone says you must eat carbs and while this is true, remember you should still be dieting,Keep your cals low and carbs high, Also pyruvate,TAURINE, and glycerol will help you to feel more normal, you will be able to do evryday functions and mabe even some cardio. Hope this is some help to you- Superfrk
 
AS have little or no effect when using DNP.

Cornholio you could very well end up dead. Fina is very toxic, DNP is very toxic, winny is very toxic. IMO You are on the road to disintegrating your internal organs LOL

Thanks to all who have given advice. Felt pretty good the last couple of days. The heat seems to be getting a little less each day. Going to throw in some clen for the next few days till I'm thru.
 
Hey bro, I would use eca and dnp and then do the clen after the dnp has cleared, DNP and Clen are both hard on T3 prodution where as ECA is not, Just to be safe, DNP and ECA will work great together and might even work better because ECA will hit Bata 2 and bata 3 receptors where as Clen only hits bata 3 receptors
 
DNP and roids make sense
i would't invest on a whole cycle while on DNP, but i'd do test for the anticatabolic effect...
take care it sounds to me you're overdoing it... be careful with that shit
 
Finished yesterday.

Scale weight down 8.5 pounds.

I think next time, I'll run a little higher for shorter duration. THe last couple of days wasn't worth it, imo.

Well - waiting for water weight to come off, and we'll see.
