Serious Question, Please Help

This is not a joke and I take it very seriously, So please those who will answer right please do. Question is I'm taking HCG Iv only injected 2500iu's as off wed. My problem is my balls hurt like hell, Is this normal.
The main question is my right testicle is just a test in ball sack with nothing else, while my left test is the testicle in the sack and what feels like viens bunched up all around the testicle that fill with pressure,both tests are round with no bumps and are hard as they should be. could this be hernia, or does everyone have these in one of their balls? Again I am very concerned so please answer honestly. It doesn't hurt now but last night it hurt like hell.

if you're worried, go see your doc...why get stressed out over something that could be nothing...

sounds like a hernia but if you want a right answer no one here can help you a doc needs to see you in the flesh to diagnose you

I doubt it is the HCG. You may have twisted your testicle...it can happen...the doc will just twist it back.. You may also have an inflamed epididymus....GO DIRECTLY TO THE DOCTOR if you want to keep em.

yeah, I didn't even think of "twisted testicle"...one of my friends lost a nut like that ...he was only 19. The twist was cutting off blood supply. I'd go to a DOC today...
