serious question- ball size

I can't find any relevant info, but maybe I am just a hypochondriac.
My right nut is alot smaller than my left. It doesn't really "hang" either. I have also noticed a drop in sex drive. Am I just tripping or is one supposed to be bigger and "hangier" than the other?

It varries. Most guys are pretty equal, but some have big differences. Are you on cycle (that can cause the boys to shrink some, sometimes one a lot more than the other)? Are you in pain? Does the smaller one seem to dissapear when you cum? Have you always been like this or is it something new?

No cycles for over a 1.5 years. So it's can't be from steroids. It seems as if it has slowly gotten smaller.

This is a sign of a Herrnia. I had this about 10 years ago and sure enough I had to have a herrnia operation done. It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor.

testicular atrophy typically happens when your testicles stop functioning normally (for example when on steroids - I know, you're not tho), and the drop in sex drive is more evidence that your nuts are shutting down, at least partially. Go to your doctor and have him test for testosterone level (free and total), LH and FSH, at a minimum. You might have something else wrong that is leading to this condition (for example, an issue with your pituitary gland, which secretes LH which then stimulates the testicles to make testosterone and keeps the boys in shape). The endocrine system is a delicate balance, get yours checked if you have concerns.
