Serious pain in wrist

its now 7 days that I have this crazy pain in my left hand wrist, the pain goes up until about 2 inches before my elbow.

Anyone have any solution or advice

Yes see a doctor.

Assuming you don't have a serious injury . . .
Try using wrist wraps.
Find movements that don't hurt. If you continue to aggravate the area you will change a temporary problem into a chronic one.
