SERIOUS D-bol QUESTION******

O.K. here it goes. Everything you read about D-bol says that it has a half-life of 3 - 4 hours in the blood, Right?....So my question is: Why take it throughout the day? Say I workout at 6pm (which I do) if I take 30mg/day taking 10mg at 6am, won't that 10mg of D-bol be used up by 6pm???? I've never understood this. I would think you would want to pop em say at 2, 5, & 8pm, hours before and after you workout. The main concentration of D-bol reaches your blood within 2 hours. Somebody help me out! Thanks!:( :( :( :( :(
 
you want your blood levles even all day long. 24 hours a day. your muscles will be growing and repairing all day long. so you want to avoid the spikes and crashes througout the day.

dbol will do more for your growth than just during your actual workout.

that's one way to explain it so that you'll understand.
 
if the half life of a drug is 4 hrs, then 10mg will have 5mg left after 4 hours. so yes if you take 10mg at 6am, by 6pm(12hrs later) you aint got much in you. yes split as much as possible.
 
D-Bols are best if there taken every 4 hours.Alot of guys take them all 24 hours.This is not always possible but I try my best I'' take one every 4-hour and than one before bed again if I wake up in the middleof the night.i know some people that actully set an alarmfor 4 hours after they fall asleep towakeand pop one.Now I do not do this since I have trouble fallin back to sleep.But like I said if I wake up to piss or smoe shit I will take one.NowI have seen people get results from 2-3 different doses a day, but than again they where on other gear too.But with its short half life your progress woul deffinately bebetter with a constant blood flow.
 
Super chicken it dosnt work that way if the half life is 4 hours and you take 20mg at onceafter 4 hours that 20 mg will be used up it does not make it last longer. That is why if you take say 4 D-Bols before a workout you'll get a much bigger pump than taken two because all four are hitting you at once.
 
I always use my d-bols in conjuction with other core anabolics IE: Test and EQ. So I use them for the pumps and agression they give me in the gym. I split my dose up into 2 doses. 15-25mg 2 hrs before training and 15-25mg before bed. This obvoiusly isnt the way to get the most out of it, but it works for me!!

and if supercx was right, then you would still have the spikes. you want them level and consistant.
