Hey, ive lifted for about 2 yrs on and off, afew months on few months off , but really not w/ supplements or diet. I was wondering what supplements do you think would give me the most bang for my buck. Im trying to bulk atm , im 5'9 150. Please let me know brand names and wheres a good place to buy them cheap too. SOme websites im afraid of will give me fake stuff and i also want to spend around 100$ a month max for the time being so please let me know what "Legal" supplements will give the best gains as a beginner.
