Hey, ive lifted for about 2 yrs on and off, afew months on few months off , but really not w/ supplements or diet. I was wondering what supplements do you think would give me the most bang for my buck. Im trying to bulk atm , im 5'9 150. Please let me know brand names and wheres a good place to buy them cheap too. SOme websites im afraid of will give me fake stuff and i also want to spend around 100$ a month max for the time being so please let me know what "Legal" supplements will give the best gains as a beginner. Also let me know when to take them. WHen i wake up, before workout, after workout , when goin to bed?? and how long before or after...

Thanks for the help in advance and im glad to join the community..

To be honest....you wont be able to spend only 100.00 a month to get the supps you need....most of the good ones out there that are not rediculously priced are priced to high anyhow....want to bulk up, spend you money on good protein and cram yourself with a lot of calories from your food, eat 6 times a day and train heavy...you will bulk up...problem is, most of us are spending more then yur 100 dollar budget on protein alone...not to be discouraged.....maybe someone else can give you a cheaper route, but I would be hard pressed ti find that...but, go with the protein, high calories, but good calories, not a brick of cheese at a sitting and lift heavy, you will bulk up.

If you're only lifting on and off, don't waste you cash on supplements. Start lifting religiously first.
