Just a tidbit on what happened to me. Caught with 120 bots of t200
20 bots of deca in Beaumont. If you go through that area at night and are driving a rental car , you are screwed.
I got deffered adjudication. 2000.00 fines. Ten years probation or until I pay off the fines and serve 3 years of pro. Then I can apply to get off. I have went from level 1 probation-seeing officer every 2 weeks, and now I am on level 3 probation-I go in once every 3 months. I have not had a piss test in at least a year. This happened back in 98', took a year and half to go to court. The prosecutor wanted to give me 7 years, but the judge said since I had a clean record and was in college he would agree to deffered.
