Sentencing for possession of anabolics.

Just got back from my sentencing for possesion of anabolic steroids a schedule III controlled substance. This was a first time offense, which occurred in 1999. It was held in a Federal Court.

Sentence:

1) $3000 fine

2) 2 years probation with restrictions. For example: Drug test every week, can not leave area without permission, no excessive alcohol use, along with the other typicals.

Judge made it very clear if I break probation then the maximums will be imposed. Up to $100,000 and/or 1 year in jail.

Just a reminder that there are risk involved in this game, and while I still actively post for knowlegde and entertainment, I can give a clean drug test at any time. (which by the way, I have had several over the past 2 months - It is definately degrading. They tested for street drugs as well as anabolics)

they got you for felony possession? Im assuming it was felony possession due to the amount the fine was for. Any fine under 1k in a misdameanor, and anything over is considered a felony. The same with jail sentance anything under 1 year is considered a misdameanor, and anything over 1 year a felony.

one more thing, if you still want to use you can do so legally, there are some doctors that you can get in touch with that will prescribe test and deca for you, they do charge for the "consultation" though, but it is an option open to you, for more info go on www.anabolicextreme.com

Can you tell me which state the federal court resided? So I can figure out the district/state laws in your area... I want to see if you got a shaft on the sentencing.

I've read that sentencing is only 0-6 months, with the intent to distribute .. and the amount was 2500 units, which is 250 bottles of 10cc test or so... Either you had a lot of crap on you, or your lawyer sucked... I'd like to know if your lawyer sucked.

The drug tests are the worst part.

It was a misdemeanor (completely understood by the proscecutor and the judge that it was for personal use). I have to run now, but I will find the thread I posted a few months back on how I got caught, ect...

btw. recommendations were $1000 to $5000 in fines and up to 6 months in prison.

Maximums are: up to $100,000 in fines and up to 1 year in prison.


And as far as taking anabolics legally after 99 I went to a doc and used them legally - but that was last year. I wonder if I could still do this and if so should I tell my probation officer or not???

I know my test levels are low and I would be a prime canidate for prescription anabolics.
