currently on BD Deca 250 & Sust250 e4d with winny at 50mg ed for a kickstart. i'm just finished week two and i'm getting some sensitivity in my right nipple. it's a bit more swollen than the other side, but not much. I've had worse in the past(but that was post cycle). i must be holding some water cause I shot up a lot in weight the first 2 weeks. So what would you recommend? options as I see them...

A. just drop the winny for now, consider the kickstart a success as far as i'm concerned. Yes I know winny doesn't really aromatize, but just an option because there is definitely an increase in test and thus..

b. just add some nolva

c. letro?

d. drop the deca/sust to e5d, which is fine by me because i feel confident I can make the same gains i would have off of e4d (just trying to give credit to proper training/nutrition)

well, those or others, or combinations? thanks in advance for any input.

You could do (b) or (c), I would prefer (c). Also I would be taking sust EOD or E2D. I bet your hormone levels are fluctuating too much which is causing your problem.

fasteddie, i thought about the point you made and although I agree with the fluctuating hormones, i'm also aware that more gear, more sides. hard to tell if that would help or hurt me.

No AI at this time. I've tried a few brands of liquidex in the past and had no luck. I'm leary of any liquid chem, but then again, my letro is research grade.

I read in my Anabolics 2006 book that I should be able to get Aromasin over the counter? don't think I believe that cause I can't find it anywhere online. and if I did opt for the letro (which from what I read is supposed to do a pretty good job) what kind of doses should I start with?

Proviron and AIFM have got rid of puffy nips for me in the past.
Worse case Ihulk jumps on Nolva 40mg ed for a only a few days till it flares down

I did the same thing last week. 4 days of nolva at 25mg. Went right away.

As far as the sus, 2x week is fine. total of 500mg/week

i have some bromo on hand and the letro, should I use them together? or just start with the letro?. i understand your argument against the nolva, but how do i know it's the deca that's causing it and not the sust?

I don't recall it coming but if it did, I'd just take Nolv again.

But as Ulter said you are also on Deca so you prob don't want to take Nolv cause it might exasperate the prolactin sides ...

Spray the AIFM right on your boobs, shave them in the shower and spray on after you dry off.

It's almost certainly not the Deca or test causing gyno because they usually won't start causing problems until after the first month. Your 50mg dbol dose is probably the culprit so I'd opt for letro @ 0.5mg ED and/or AIFM 2-4 pumps daily until it subsides. Like mentioned, do not take nolva while using deca. If the deca causes problems in the future then an AI/dostinex combo would be optimal.

thanks nighthawk, it's actually winny I'm taking orally, but I have a feeling that's not really helping keep the bloat off. in the past, I always blow up on almost all orals, especially dbol/drol. I started the letro, gonna try it out and if in a week it hasn't gotten better, i'll drop the winny and continue the letro, maybe up the dosage. I really wish i could have found something better than research letro, but this will have to do for now.

you will find people that can use nolva without issue, while and after using progestins (nandrolone, etc)... However many find that it exacerbates or even causes gyno issues. Nolva has the definite potential to make your situation worse off, hence why its generally strongly reccomended against when progestins are involved.

100% agree with ulter. FYI winny doesnt raise test, it actually suppresses it. correct me if i am wrong on that though.

winstrol may modulate ER activity (this is not clear) and also can reduce bloat because of its impact on GcR and PgR. it does suppress natural testosterone, but it is an androgen.
