Anyone catch the hearings they were conducting yesterday on steriod use in sports. What a crock of horse shit! I'm telling you guys, you better lock up you friggin' flintstone vitamins and whole milk because there going to come after those next! I couldn't stomach the whole thing but the gist of it was how they all need to support new legislation to strengthen the ban on anobolic steroids, pre-cursors, and as senetor McCain said "so called supplements". It was truley pathetic to watch senetor Biden talk about his new bill and how he was so "angry" because he felt like he was a pretty good athelete in college and there were guys cheating, he almost made it seem like he was on a vendetta to get the guys who picked on him in H/S. I have been around this game for quite a while and while I don't do a lot of posting, this has got me pissed off!!! I can only hope it will just get lost in the shuffle like so much other bullshit legislation. I really have to believe this is not what our forefathers intended our representatives of the people to work on, what a waste of my fucking tax dollars!!!

i've seen a bit on NBCs nightly news about steroids in baseball yesterday; i don't remember names but there both Democrat and Republican Senators agreed that steroids and even prohormones are a threat to sports and general health. And they interviewed some ordinary people and everybody saw the steroid issuse as a threat. This should be a reminder to those who vowed to not vote for Bush because of him wanting to crack down on steroid use; its just the way an overwhelming majority of Americans feel, whether they are naive or outright wrong, Bush would be digging his own grave if he would take a pro-steroid position.

and prohormones will be banned, take that for granted. maybe not in this session of Congress, but it will come, the debate has the same ingredients like the one about ephedra.
