It gets easier with time, I have always done mine in the right glut but because I’m doing twice a week I have started to use the Left (first time), had a dead leg for the rest of the day! ouch.

In the Army there was a saying that once you become comfortable jumping out of planes you should stop because the second you become comfortable you start making mistakes.

Ya but forgetting to load your syringe is better than forgetting your parachute

it takes a while to get used to it, some people may be after the 1st week other after the 1st year. Just don't get sloppy in your form and always do it right each time.

And if the needle head won't break the skin after pushing on it for a while, switch heads, every so often you will get a not so sharp needle. That will cause some bleeding.

i never fully became comfortable with it either, but after 3-4 times I began looking forward to it. it's not about the pain anymore, its about not getting too big that I cant reach around to hit the glutes lol.
