is there any way to measure your bf% on yourself? i have a caliper, it is plastic, and cheap but it seems to be decent!

I have to try this one.... usually when i took it online it just asked for bicep, stomach, calf, and forearm measurements.. also weight.. age... height.

I always got different results. some said 10.. some said 13... some said 20...

The ones that use measurements in inches are a waste of time. The site that I referred to takes your caliper measurements in millimeters and does the calculation for you. They have a calculator for both 3 and 7 site methods.
