I have a lot of problems aspirating with one hand. For example, when i'm jabbing delts, bi's etc.

Anyone have any tips. Or is it a case of practice makes perfect.

hold the pin in place with your fingers, use you thumb to pull back

all u need to do is just flick it

make sure u have a g smaller then 25, u cant aspirate effectively with a 25g pin!

I usually hold it with my thumb & the finger next to my pinky then use the index & middle (kinda like a peace sign) to pull back, it doesn't take much back pressure to tell if you've got a vein. If you hit one, it will come back real easy & you will see blood.
