Selegiline (Eldepryl) for Gyno

I was thinking about purchasing some selegilne (eldepryl) to possibly help with gyno. A few questions I was hoping some could shed some light on:

1. Can it be used with other AI, in particular letrozole (femara)?

2. I believe recommended use is typically very small dose for a long period of time. Is this true for gyno as well, and what are typical dosages?

3. Can it be used for both gyno prevention and treatment?

Appreciate any feedback/experiences. Thanks!

It's a mild prolactin inhibitor. I've never read of any intrinsic anti-estrogenic activity. It does have the ability to increase gonadotropin output though. The mechanism through which this is achieved is a mystery to me.

I use it at a low dosage and do not develop gyno with 750 mgs of tes and 600 mgs of boldenone weekly. I am taking 450 mgs of masteron weekly and that may provide an antiestrogenic effect.

I never cycled without deprenyl though so I have no baseline comparison. I also use liquid deprenyl citrate, not the HCL tabs.

As a mild prolactin inhibitor, can it be used concurrently with Dostinex without issue?

I don't know. I take deprenyl mainly for the cognitive enhancement. If you are only trying to inhibit prolactin, I would use one separately and not both in conjunction. I think dostinex is probably stronger for prolactin inhibition, though I am not certain. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

I thought selegiline was used for depresion?

It's primary medical use is an adjunctive treatment for Parkinson's disease. It can be used as an anti-depressant as it functions as an MAO inhibitor also.

From what I have read on this stuff seems to be pretty damn good even if long term use for people that cycle or stay on all the time.

I agree, have come across only small amounts of lit/info documenting its use. For this purpose though, what about appropriate long term dosing of selegilne, that is something I just cannot find readily?

deprenyl
some will carry the liquid, selepryl

or cyprenil.

I didn't know there was another name(s) for eldepryl, nonetheless, I am assuming same compound, just different manufacturers trade names. Thanks for the dosage info!
