Seeking Advice on Joint Support/Protection

I have been upping the intesity and volume of my training over the last couple of years and recently have added a focus on training for trail races and obstacle races together with my weight training and bodybuilding workouts. I am going to be training pretty extensively for these events and intend to compete in some of the longer distance, higher intensity events the latter half of the year. That means a HUGE volume of training in a wide variety of ways.

As I start this training, I want to make sure I'm doing all I can to protect my joints and avoid having my progress/training stopped by injuries. Therefore, I'm looking for advice on what I can/should be taking to help protect and heal my body.

Things worth noting:

1. I just finished a SARMs cycle and used Osta as part of my PCT before that. As a result I just finished 12 weeks on it so using Osta right now isn't an option - gotta let the receptors clean out.

2. I'm about to run a month-long PCT with D-Spark, Unleashed, Post-Cycle and Bridge (double dosed) for the month of April.

3. After completing that PCT, I'll be running a 16 week cycle of TestE (400mg/wk) and EQ (600mg/wk). I'm debating kickstarting it with a 6 week run on katana and maybe something on the backend but not sure yet.

4. I'm 37 years old and while I haven't had any catasrophic injuries (knock on wood), I've certainly got some aches and pains I've accumulated over the years.

With that as the background, what foods/supplements/AAS/peptides etc. are there I should be considering as part of my joint protection program?
 
Ive found that large amounts of efa's (fish oil/flax) every day helps keep my joints lubed. I just buy bottles in bulk. Or you can even get your doc to prescribe script fish oil that is supposedly way more bioavailable and pretty cheap with coverage. And of course glucosamine:chondroidin

My only issue with fish oil is the burps - they make me nautious. Has happened with every brand of them I have ever tried. I may have to force myself to do it anyway. I have heard that Krill can have the same benefits as fish oil without the nasty fish burps. Any experience in that area?

No insurance = no script

Definitely need the G/C combo added in.

Just pin the fish oil bro LOL. No insur? Damn that's a bummer. I think krill has even more health benefits than fish oil alone. Haven't used it. I ditched the fish oil and just take 4 flax seed gel caps 3x Ed.
 
Was also researching supplementing with:

- MSM
- Vitamin D
- Calcium


They were in a joint health article i was reading. If you supplemented with the above and:

- EFA's
- Glucosamine
- Chondroidin

I think you'd be a joint healthy powerhouse! But ofc tb500 will always take the trophy lol
 
The krill oil pills I've taken have given me burps. Worse than fish oil. Nordic naturals lemon fish oil doesn't. Liquid, not pills.
 
I will have to go ahead and order some then. Definitely goimg to be part of the regimen.

I'm glad you made this post. It's inspiring me to arm my supp arsenal with more joint supports as I also trail run and run 5k's during the spring/summer and always have those nagging joint problems
