I have been upping the intesity and volume of my training over the last couple of years and recently have added a focus on training for trail races and obstacle races together with my weight training and bodybuilding workouts. I am going to be training pretty extensively for these events and intend to compete in some of the longer distance, higher intensity events the latter half of the year. That means a HUGE volume of training in a wide variety of ways.
As I start this training, I want to make sure I'm doing all I can to protect my joints and avoid having my progress/training stopped by injuries. Therefore, I'm looking for advice on what I can/should be taking to help protect and heal my body.
Things worth noting:
1. I just finished a SARMs cycle and used Osta as part of my PCT before that. As a result I just finished 12 weeks on it so using Osta right now isn't an option - gotta let the receptors clean out.
2. I'm about to run a month-long PCT with D-Spark, Unleashed, Post-Cycle and Bridge (double dosed) for the month of April.
3. After completing that PCT, I'll be running a 16 week cycle of TestE (400mg/wk) and EQ (600mg/wk). I'm debating kickstarting it with a 6 week run on katana and maybe something on the backend but not sure yet.
4. I'm 37 years old and while I haven't had any catasrophic injuries (knock on wood), I've certainly got some aches and pains I've accumulated over the years.
With that as the background, what foods/supplements/AAS/peptides etc. are there I should be considering as part of my joint protection program?
