secure email?

I use a mac laptop during much of the day. Apparently, hushmail is not supported on the mac platform so I can't use any email systems with hushmail encryption. This includes elitefitness mail and cyber-rights. The only secure platform I have found to be compatible with macs is ziplip. But, now it seems that ziplip is not so secure anymore (though I don't fully understand why).

Does anyone know of a secure, encrypted email service that is compatible with the mac platform?

But can I access a hushmail account using that software? Where do I get it?
