I just finished my first cycle. Consisting of.
500 mg sust /week
200 mg deca /week

I was wondering how long I should wait until I start my second cycle?

Time on (Including PCT) = Time off. 100 week cycle + 3 weeks(Or 5 preferrably) of PCT mean you need to take 15 weeks off before you start again.

HAVE BLOOD TESTS RUN TO SEE IF YOU HAVE RETURNED TO NORMAL BEFORE YOU START AGAIN!
