Second cylce commments or suggestions Test E Liquid Anavar

First post on this forum so thats cool i guess. Anywho im lookin into my second cycle my first was 15 weeks of test enanthate at 300mg/twice per week gained about 20 lbs ruined my diet about halfway through so got a little extra body fat but nothin too major for my second cycle i was thinking again 15 weeks test enanthate 250mg/twice per week then wrapping it up with 6 weeks of liquid anavar (which ive done my research but could still use a little input about) it comes in 20ml 10mg/ml form so should i run 60 mg per day? Spaced through the day? Any tips with that would be helpful? i want it to give the defined look and help me cut just a little fat off. I think my bf% is around 9% any diet tips would be apreciated as well. Oh im 23 5'7 170
 
Need more info on your diet bro. Post up your diet and alot of guys on here will help critique. The liqid anavar is gtg space through the day at 20mgs each time. Im on that now with winny and its pretty legit. I've taken the pill form and can't tell much if any difference in it and the liquid.
 
Thanks man so you think 6 weeks at 60 mg/per day is good on the var? My diet is pretty simple ezekial bread protein shakes chicken fish turkey just the norm really but i screwed up last time im lookin for a little help on an easy way to keep it together like a routine? Suggestes meal, different foods, etc. basically sample daily meal plans. because i can work my ass off in the gym lift heavy and eat but my body just wont follow the same routine for long
 
Yea 6-8 weeks should do you good. Make sure to mix it with something with some taste (i.e. apple juice, orange juice, gatorade, anything). Water just don't cut it with that stuff it taste terrible. A sample cutting diet would look a little something like this

Meal 1. 1/4 cup of oats 6 egg whites and 1 whole egg
Snack 1. 1 can of tuna in water and 1 slice ww bread
Meal 2. 6 oz skinless chicken breast 1/2 sweet potato
Snack 2. (pre workout) 2 scoops whey protien and banana
Meal 3. (post workout) 6-8 oz of lean hamburger, skinless chicken, lean steak

Alot of people like to eat some form of real protien right before bed while cutting, but I just hit another protien shake. Trying to get 2 kids ready for bed with school work and everything else I'm kinda woreout by that time. I'm not much on the diets that's just what i've done. Several guys on here are better with it than I am. Peace.
 
I hear you man its good to know your mature enough to put your family first some of the other forums to be honest are a little disturbing with there family affects from gear so much respect. so you think i can get some good lean gains with this? Lower body fat % too?
