Hey whats up, im about to go on a second cycle and i need some suggestions and tips from any pros here.
About me: im a hard gainer for sure, weigh about 160 at 5 feet 10 inches, super fast metabolism. Currently working for the summer doing landscaping, which eats up a ton of energy. I am hoping to counter this catabolic state by doing a cycle of equipoise and dianabol, perhaps even make some gains from just working. I will be lifting all summer too. Essentially i just pull, push and lift all day everyday at work. I have done one cycle, just a pussy one of 30 mg Dianabol - methandrostenolone - for 2 weeks then 40mg a day for the last two . I did not use anti E's till after the cycle, and really had no problem with water retention which leads me to beleive that i am not very susceptable to such effects. Anyway, ive been training naturally for about 6 years, the first 3 were done incorrectly, the last 3 were done correct with good diet. My platues are very hard to overcome, but doing Dianabol - methandrostenolone - for the first time worked wonderfully, plus i felt pretty damn good while i was on it. Also, i have Gastroesophageal reflux disease pretty bad. I have to take a ton of prescription antacids, and vomit frequently, mostly in the morning, from too much stomach acid coming up. Needless to say, this causes me to lose my appetitie a lot which is very counter productive to my weight lifting routine. I also smoke cannabis everyday, because honestly it helps keep my appetite up and prevents me from vomiting and nausea, but im stopping for the summer to get my tolerance back down, so eating will be harder which is another reason i chose equipoise. Also, i get about 120-200 grams protein a day, depending on the day and schedule.
Im planning to do a cycle of equipoise 600 mg /week for 10 weeks, and dianabol at 40 mg /day for 4 weeks. I chose equipoise as many have said it increases appetite, which is something that should help me overcome my GERD to some degree. I will have Nolvadex on hand, but do not plan on taking it till after as i dont really get estrogenic sides. I would appreciate any suggestions or tips. Keep in mind i dont want to become a giant beast, i want my gains to look somewhat natural and modest. If anyone has any suggestions to help me with the whole gerd deal, that would be great too.
