second cycle

Hey whats up, im about to go on a second cycle and i need some suggestions and tips from any pros here.

About me: im a hard gainer for sure, weigh about 160 at 5 feet 10 inches, super fast metabolism. Currently working for the summer doing landscaping, which eats up a ton of energy. I am hoping to counter this catabolic state by doing a cycle of equipoise and dianabol, perhaps even make some gains from just working. I will be lifting all summer too. Essentially i just pull, push and lift all day everyday at work. I have done one cycle, just a pussy one of 30 mg Dianabol - methandrostenolone - for 2 weeks then 40mg a day for the last two . I did not use anti E's till after the cycle, and really had no problem with water retention which leads me to beleive that i am not very susceptable to such effects. Anyway, ive been training naturally for about 6 years, the first 3 were done incorrectly, the last 3 were done correct with good diet. My platues are very hard to overcome, but doing Dianabol - methandrostenolone - for the first time worked wonderfully, plus i felt pretty damn good while i was on it. Also, i have Gastroesophageal reflux disease pretty bad. I have to take a ton of prescription antacids, and vomit frequently, mostly in the morning, from too much stomach acid coming up. Needless to say, this causes me to lose my appetitie a lot which is very counter productive to my weight lifting routine. I also smoke cannabis everyday, because honestly it helps keep my appetite up and prevents me from vomiting and nausea, but im stopping for the summer to get my tolerance back down, so eating will be harder which is another reason i chose equipoise. Also, i get about 120-200 grams protein a day, depending on the day and schedule.

Im planning to do a cycle of equipoise 600 mg /week for 10 weeks, and dianabol at 40 mg /day for 4 weeks. I chose equipoise as many have said it increases appetite, which is something that should help me overcome my GERD to some degree. I will have Nolvadex on hand, but do not plan on taking it till after as i dont really get estrogenic sides. I would appreciate any suggestions or tips. Keep in mind i dont want to become a giant beast, i want my gains to look somewhat natural and modest. If anyone has any suggestions to help me with the whole gerd deal, that would be great too.

Hardgainers need to eat fast carbs also known as simple carbs which

is pretty much sugar (junk food) such as pop tarts, white bread, and jelly.

I do doubt that your a hardgainer though . .

this thread hurts my brain...just start eating. you cant do a cycle eating 120g of protein a day.

screw the sugar shit. meat oatmeal more meat and more oatmeal
 
I gotta say dude, you're in pretty good shape considering you've only done one oral cycle so far....maybe focus on the chest a little more.... definitely try to increase your calories... and make sure you can dedicate enough time to the gym every week if you're going to consider a second cycle... just working isn't enough, even if it is labor-intensive. That being said, if you're going to run EQ, run it for a minimum of 12-14 weeks. Consider running a small dosage of test with that. You should have an A I as well (adex or aromasin). Regarding the GERD, keep alcohol intake low, avoid spicy, fatty or acidic foods that trigger heartburn. Eating smaller meals should help, which you should be doing anyway (every 2-3 hours). Don't eat too close to bedtime. Good luck bro!
 
thanks for the suggestions. I rarely drink tho. I have been taking acidophilus too, i figured maybe itd help absorb nutriets to a larger extent. Anyone know anything that helps increase appetite? Whats a good dosage of test to throw in? I was also thinking about maybe doing hcg mid and post cycle. Like i said, i dont want to get too big too fast, well actually i do, but i would prefer to keep it modest to keep parents and family off my case .

brown rice and sweat potatoes to :) o and some more meat and a little fish

If he's truly a hardgainer like he claims then anything he eats will be burned.

That's why hardgainers must have some fast carbs in every meal.

For breakfast have eggs with jelly on toast. In the morning it's good to

have fast carbs because your body just went on an 8-9 hour fast with no

carbs. For postworkout eat a PB&J on white bread . . you'll need that to replenish

carbs after a grueling work out. Those are the two main times of the day to

have fast carbs, but try to throw some into every meal. Atleast 4 times a day is ideal.

that post hurt my brain. i dont care who you are simple sugars should not be the primary ingestion throughout the day.
