second cycle

I'll be running test e. 500mg/week 1-12
25mg d-bol 1-4

pct: nolva and clomid

if y'all think I need some hcg, I'll grab some of that too, I haven't ordered yet so thus far, that's the plan.

I'll be running a strict diet of 250g protein/day+ needed complex carbs. Diet will be on point as that is my main goal over all is to eat right this time around.

I get plenty of fatty acids from natural p-butter and omega supps.

I'm 5'11" 230 lbs.

bench: 290
squat: reps at 310, haven't maxed because I work out by myself, same goes for bench.

Any changes?

I ran a d-bol only, which I really can't complain about because I kept all of the strength gains but, I'd loved to have run some test as well, but here we go!!

water wieght from d-bol left after 2 1/2 weeks. that's some info I couldn't find anywhere, how long the water stays in, I guess there are a lot of variables for that as well.

Sorry about asking about this being your first cycle, I just seen the title of the thread, im a little tired right now :). Anyway, to be honest with you, everything sounds right on, I wouldnt change anything. I agree with you keeping the T3/clen out for now, test alone can aid in burning fat, when your diet is on point. 500mg/wk is a great first "real" cycle and you should get good gains out of it with a good diet and cardio regime. If your concerned about the water weight from the 25mg/day dbol, which I wouldnt be, then you can always go with an AI such as liquidex or the product that the AF store is carrying now.

Keep everything the way you have it planned, keep strict with your diet, throw some cardio in there and you should be happy with what you see. Good luck with it bro, throw a post cycle thread up when you finish letting us know how it turns out.
 
thanks!! If I hadn't been surfing these boards I wouldn't have known about ag guys and also, that running a test only cycle (gotta have the d-bol) is good for a beginner, I'm a total noob and I just hope I can pass on some info to some little fella in the future.

I'm guessing since hair loss is hereditary and woman don't normally go bald, that test is a catylist to hair loss. I did some shedding with the d-bol only, there is no balding in the genetics as far as I can tell but it could be resessive only. I might add some topical shampoo if needed. That's one of the things you can step out and buy.
 
Cut the cycle to 10 weeks. Get HCG. Don't use T3 unless your on cycle. Proper diet and cardio will take care of BF for now.

you all seem to be against "cheating" or using clen/t3. Is that fat hard to keep off? I haven't seen any solid reasons why some one shouldn't use it right off the bat. I've been on a tough diet for over a year and I feel I've reached my limit on weight loss. I'll wait at least until the cycle is over yet, I'm itching to run a t3/clen cycle.
