Am thinking about starting 2nd cycle very soon. Am 5'11", 195, 10%bf, want to gain about 10lbs. First was sust 500 and eq 400 for 10 weeks.
Last time got very bloated, and this time, was thinking of going down a bit to 250 sust and 200 eq for 10 weeks. Also plan on taking arimidex .5mg every day. Diet this time will be better, focusing on high quality foods.
Will I still get some good results on those lower dosages this time? Let me know guys.
PS I would do deca, but want to keep using finasteride during the cycle, so that is OUT.
