im 5'8 164lbs atm (just finished dropping 30 lbs to get the bmi down to 12%)
I'm taking in about 2000 calories a day and still dropping 1lb/w atm
I'm going to be starting a second cycle taking some info from bruce410 i've decided to just do a 60/d of tbol for 4 weeks as I didnt like how I blew up on my first cycle of sust and dbols and then didnt keep much gain when it was all over and done with...he's claiming about 6-8lbs of lean muscle in a 4 week period and that sits with me just fine.
My question is this...doing just the tbol cycle do I still need to up my calorie intake to 4400/d at my size? Im afraid of..well getting fat on this cycle and losing alot of the work i've done to cut up
Also I know there is a split in opinion about how often to work out but when I start my cycle should I also start working out more than 4/w?
