I'm getting ready to start my second cycle and I was thinking of buying the Selecttech 52.5 lb Dumbbell set made by Nautilus/Bowflex. I was wondering if any of you guys use them? Feedback?
Thanks for responding. I was thinking that turning the dial and setting the weight would be a vast improvement over the collection of dumbbells I now have. My new cycle goals are to hit my chest, core and back very hard.

It is easy, but you can't get the ends closer together than about 9 inches! That sucks for bench and military presses where you want to squeeze at the top! Plus if you are talking about using them for a cycle then you will need much more weight! If you don't then you don't need to be doing juice, bro!
This definately depends on the person. I don't use over 80 lbs dumbells unless I am shrugging when I use 220 lb DBs. I do all the heavy stuff with the bar.
checkout PowerBlocks, MUCH sturdier, the mechanism that switches weight isn't cheap plastic and won't lock up (in a bad way). I personal train clients with them, they get their share of use and are solid.
