I saw as many bad calls against pitt as I did seahawks. The ball did cross the white line. In fact it only has to touch it or just break the plane which it clearly did.

Seattle only robbed themselves by playing better. I will admit they made some beautiful catches that were almost in bounds and one that was almost a touchdown, if he were in bounds.

for one, the defender who got "held" was offsides on the play, and that wasn't called.
have you ever played football or watched the linemen throughout a game? much worse holds happen on most plays, and usually only the worst holds are called. dont let a picture fool you, it only shows what is happening at that exact moment, but tells you nothing about the force. that hold was very questionable. i saw many holds by both teams throughout the game that were not called, so to call that hold on that play is why there is so much bitching about it.

my younger brother was an OL in the NFL for seven years
didn't play much,but he collects a pension
I have a fair amount of insight into what happens "in" the game
most of the assholes aren't even aware that a center is calling out blocking assignments while the QB gives his orders

NFL says the fix was in for the Super Bowl

The NFL defended the officiating in the Super Bowl on Tuesday, two days after the Steelers beat the Seahawks 21-10 in the NFL title game. The league said Tuesday that no mistakes were made by the game officials, as they had clear orders on the fix.

HAHA COACHING.. did you even watch the fucking game.. the best part of the coaching was the seahawks clock management.. then at the end of the game when fat ass asked hasselbeck if he had any plays through his headset.. GREAT COACHING AND GREAT CALL ON THAT..
