B blacker New member Nov 28, 2001 #1 Hi! Which grip or handle is your favourite when doing seated cable rows, and why do you like it? I personally have almost always used the V bar, but recently i started doing them with a pararell close-grip handle and i've never been so sore in my back!

T The mann New member Nov 28, 2001 #4 always change th grip.and the bar......also vary from wide to close grip........
