Can one of the AF science guys repond to this issue?
most thermogenic substances are also catabolic to some degree either directly or indirectly. what is the exact mechanism of weight loss with Sesapure and how does it compare catabolically to say ephedrine or clen (while there are mouse studies that say its anticatabolic, most now believe it is catabolic in man)?
1) will there be some lessening of gains if using it to prevent fat accumulation during bulking?
2) will there be more muscle loss than otherwise when using it to expedite cutting?
3) the marketing materials say it burns "excess calories" or words to that effect. are there any studies to support this? perhaps it just helps the body burn more calories in absolute terms.
4) ligans raise SHBG which reduces bioavailable test. * (see link below for example - I had a bunch of studies but this one was handy) sesapure is a ligan product it will raise SHBG. true?
If so, will taking proviron or avena sativa effectively counteract this side effect.

I use yohimburn and glucorell and like them, just doing my due dilligence before trying the sesapure
thanks

- BLignans may also reduce the amount of testosterone available for the body to use. In the average male, only a small amount of testosterone roams free in the blood. Most testosterone is bound to a protein called SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin). People who consume large amounts of lignans have been shown to have increased blood levels of SHBG.(3) An increase in SHBG leaves less testosterone available to stimulate prostate cell growth.
