I was doing an intense back workout last night and I was almost done...Just finishing off with Shrugs. Well, on my last set I lifted the barbell and on the 1st shrug it felt like someone had jammed a knife into my back about half way up just on the left side of my spine. I basically dropped the bar it hurt so much. I'm not sure if this is a strain or a tear or what? When I sat down on the bench I could barely straighten my back and sit up straight. Even still when I move around I get these sharp pains! I am right in the middle of a Sust/Deca cycle too (4th week). Will this go away soon? Has anyone had anything like this happen? Will the Test/Deca help or hurt the recovery? Should I go off the gear?

Ps. Is it bad to take muscle relaxers and anti-inflamitorys while on gear?
